We re-assessed Matterport’s customer journey through both paid search & social. We took an in-depth look at what their qualified leads were both searching, and what ads they engaged with most. We used this analysis to inform a rebuild of their ad accounts where we focused budget on specific qualified lead generating keywords, and rebuilt their creative across paid social to serve to improved targeting.
Cost per SQL is down 36% as a result.
