JustServicesGroup.com had a list of almost 5,000 current and previous customers who they had never engaged with past the point of service; they also wanted to launch a rebrand and start communicating with their database regularly.
Our strategy was to invest in email marketing with a starting campaign of 3 emails to touch base with customers and start generating engagement by sharing the rebrand which would then be followed by a long-term strategy to build relationships.
The first contact email had an open rate of 40.5%, the second email followed with an open rate of 40.9% and the final email had an open rate of 25.2%. The industry average for professional services is 18.3%. JustServicesGroup.com now has a hygienic list of customers who want to hear from them. Over time this presents a great opportunity to develop relationships and build trust ultimately adding to customer retention.
